"Tender, beautiful, intimate, expansive, grieving, joyous, numinous! Organic wild and grounding"
Hello & welcome. Most of the journeys here are woven as dancescapes for movement practice that takes us into deeper connection with ourselves, the aliveness of our bodies, our strong, wild and tender hearts and our imagination that let’s our minds travel, create and fly with our feet on the ground.
I love music that reflects the full spectrum of experience of being alive and being human, holding space for both fierce, passionate, joyful expression and the receptive, tender places in us. Movement is a way to deepen our connection with ourselves, each other and life. It’s a resource that brings the vitality, creativity and empowerment we need to live through these changing times.
Let the music meet you where you are and take you on a journey to a state of being more ‘full’ of yourself, with renewed energy and inspiration to meet life afresh. More via www.beingoftheearth.com
