Description
What do we do when so much in and around us is in flux, when all we have is questions, and the challenges seem insurmountable? In this ongoing state of uncertainty, the consistent container of our practice can be one place where we are held. Not with the intention to fix, but with the desire to offer ourselves ground and spaciousness. Our dance can shift us from the anxiety of repetitive thought into embodied presence and a release of energy.
This short mix is a gentle invitation to lean in… into the resource of your moving breathing body, into the beat, the melody, into all that supports you, into the ground under your feet as well as the intelligence of something greater than ourselves, whatever our name for it, the Great Mystery, Life, God or Spirit. Our movement becomes a prayer, a leaning into the mystery and into life.
A spacious evocative soundscape that offers space for you to be, to invoke, to offer up your dance as a prayer.
