- The Chicago Jack Summit fundraiser event was a great success and the Street Beat show was able to raise over $1000 for the station. This is great because this is pretty much the only local legit radio station on the airwaves in Chicago completely commercial free, non-profit, and they support the underground house music. It was a great time hanging out at the station and big shouts to all the dj's who donated their time and goods: Chris Grant, Broadway & Wilson, Karl Almaria, Santiago, DJ Heather, Mazi (Audio Soul Project), and myself.
