The Sound Republic - 1st Mix Ever - January 2005

Back toward the end of 2004, I had been pushing Drum N Bass in Chicago hard (djing & producing) for two years since John and I graduated from college. John was in the city playing house music. I had pretty much exhausted myself with the DnB scene and needed a change. Talking with John about it, he said we should link up and make some house tunes for fun. I was really digging the sounds John was playing so we got to work. It was all gravy from there. This mix was the first bit we put together showcasing a few of the first tracks we had put together and other tunes of the time. Enjoy!
