The Sound Republic - 2006 WMC Promo Mix

This is when shit got real. We had been hitting it hard in the studio churning out grooves, and the labels were grabbing them up faster than we could make em. The times were good and we figured why not head down to the WMC and see what shakes. We decided to put this studio mix together that was chock full of all the new jams we had created but hadn't yet dropped. We passed out hundreds of these discs in Miami along with the famed "Just Jack" stickers which ended stuck all over Miami...I think we even spotted one on a cop car by the end of the week. Aside from the shenanigans, this is one of my favorite of The Sound Republic mixes. In my opinion this mix really captures the essence of a hot moment in jack. This was a time in house music where us and all of our friends were just all in. Sleep was little, fun was lots, and house music was the fuel for the fire.
