Barbara Markay's 1980 disco hit "It's All Rite To Fuck All Nite" is a funny one. Originally released on her debut album "Hot Box" in 1976, it took a remix treatment (and 4 years of foreplay) to "penetrate" the charts 😁😁. She didn't exactly got a lot of airplay (I wonder why) but it was popular in the nightclubs. I'll be publishing a piece on Barbara on Substack if you're interested. You'll find the link in the comments from the moment it is available. And oh... there's also a censored version 😁, but that's not the one I used. Apart from Barbara I start with some great space disco in the first half hour and look out for the finale with three Kid Creole produced-Inspired/ZE records gems. A disco mix Monday to remember.
