Description
1985 was the year when the combination of electro, hip-hop & breakbeat was very present in a lot of dance music. This week's newsletter tells the story of one of the key releases of 1985 : "Sun City" and the Artists United Against Apartheid. It's one of Arthur Baker's finest productions/mixes. We start of this week's mix with Sun City off course and I used the intro of the dub to get us started. There are more Arthur Baker productions/mixes in this week's mix like Freeez, Awesome Foursome and Rocker's Revenge. Enjoy !
