Mix n°6 : We start with the twelve inch of the week : Electric Youth/Debbie Gibson in the Shep Pettibone mix. Deep House with an acid touch to please both US & European markets (at that time). I aim to please both markets with the rest of the mix as well 😃: a selection of US & European housetracks/mixes of the late eighties. We go from Gloria Estefan, Kim Mazelle & Latour to Lisa Stansfield, Technotronic & Jimmy Somerville. Special mention of the rare twelve inch version of Malcolm McLaren & Bootzilla Orchestra's "House Of the Blue Danube" or like we used to say "Strauss is in the House".
