Description
The fourth installment of my weekly 1 hour beat mixes dedicated to the extended versions/twelve inches of the period that started with the first dance moves of John Travolta and ended with the election of Bill Clinton to be president of the United States. This mix accompanies my Substack newsletter that tells each week the story of 1 twelve inch, the artists and the unsung heroes : the remixers ! This week it's about the forgotten Naked Eyes hit "Promises Promises" and the "second British Invasion" (no worries, I'm only talking about music 😁). The mix is a blend of synth-pop and the darker variation : electro-pop. Enjoy !
