This Saturday the likes of Animal Collective, Bat For Lashes, Daughter, Four Tet, Fucked Up, Ginger Baker, Mulatu Astatke, Savages and Kurt Vile are among the acts appearing at Field Day 2013.

Festival founder - and the man behind music promotions group Eat Your Own Ears - Tom Baker is the Guest Informant on this week’s new podcast.

Along with a couple of Field Day-related picks, ABNF number 13 loudly carouses in places, what with new music from Iceage offshoot Vår, new (free) Liars and a hefty ‘HUH’-laden treat by SOPHIE.

You’ll also hear new music from old favourites Daughn Gibson, Landshapes, Adam Gnade and Milk and Biscuits, along with recent folk treasure courtesy of Andy Shauf, and a brace of smouldering warped pop from Ryan Power and Majical Cloudz.
