Classic Material x Wax Poetics #3: The Breaks of '88

A continuation of sorts from the Diary and Classic Material mix series, 'The Breaks of ...' revisits the chronological theme of those mixes, this time reconstructing classic Hip Hop from the year in question utilising only the original sample material. Originally released on Limited Edition Cassette in the summer of 2013, and posted online some years later, this mix has now joined an extended series as part of the Classic Material x Wax Poetics #HIPHOP50 celebration. Artwork pays homage to Paul Winley's iconic Super Disco Brakes compilation series.
