SOULNATURE DANCE is about empowering connection to your breath, body, heart, and mind, in movement.
In my innerstanding this connected place is our true self, our soul nature, and is the most alive and beneficial place to live from as it supports deeper relationships with ourselves, each other, and the world around us.
I've been DJing and MCing since I was a teenager back in the 90s, where my musical journey started on a pair of Technics 1210s.
These days I use my laptop and DJ software and play an eclectic mix of music from all over the world of many different styles and genres, with the core intention to connect dancers to the innate intelligence within to heal and transform one breath at a time.
I love to take dancers on a complete journey into the depths of what it means to be human and to the heights of ecstasy, grounding them in the body and resourcing them for whatever the journey of life brings onto their path.
