Helen Shaw, Principal Consultant at ENGINE Transformation, chats to Bruce Daisley about workplace burnout and what employers can do to protect their teams. In addition to working as VP EMEA at Twitter, Bruce is the renowned author of The Joy of Work - and is on a mission to make workplace culture more sustainable.
