wReck BS [Black Sifichi] 1174

This wReck thiS meSS ~ Amsterdam ~ Ethno-Illogical Psycho-Radiographies ~ 30.05.14 is for my best friend on his birthday. We've been thru a lot since 1989. BS is a constant source of inspiration – action, content, intent. He's a classic multifaceted autodidact – photography, art, poetry, fiction, radio, club dj, spoken word & provocation. He's worked with the greats of France & elsewhere. I interview him in outlaw lit zine, Urban Grafitti - soon. We began collaborating on radio, playing off each other’s talents, onto Paris readings that pushed the boundaries of acceptability & got ousted by the American University. We co-wrote the lovingly iconoclastic CONTEMPLATING CHARLES BUKOWSKI’S FIRST KISS, which has a long list of performances and republication. We co-wrote the heretical WET DREAMS OF THE POPE, here exc. from a radio play produced by WORM, aired on Dutch public radio, rebroadcast on Radio Joy [UK]. I’d like to be with him right now listening to this, sharing beers & thoughts.
