This WTM will serve as a temporary reprieve from the sad events of the day. A 3-hr journey to sunshine, a natural SSRI, audio serotonin. It's well known that sunshine absorbed by the eyes is an effective anti-depressive act in that it increases our serotonin, a neurotransmitter that mediates satisfaction, happiness and optimism, offering us that “sunny disposition.” + it lowers blood pressure. I’ve been crawling down deep rabbit holes & data mines of late with my Dig•Scape series of sad/serious themes involving mega-crunching of data & phenomena so it’s time to go out into the sun. The menmonic devices, songs & sounds chosen for 1262 allow me & no doubt you to become immersed in a parallel world of communication with one’s surroundings that include the fabrication of summer via lucid dreams, memories & trigger sounds – a celluloidless movie, an mp3 player embedded in the brain’s hippocampus, an ephemeral recollection cloud ... then-now-tomorrow.
