My brother is at the mercy of Parkinson’s & Alzheimer’s & the American HELLthcare system. He doesn’t get much physical therapy. So he is just lying around with a super active cinematic brain & so at a loss of what to do for him – books, texts, movies can’t really do the trick any more. But maybe music can accompany or even direct the biological-physiological brain movies steeped in memory & nostalgia, in effect setting in motion a synaptic immersive cinema that can amuse & inform the cinema owner, my brother. Perhaps this can occupy his days in a more fruitful & joyful manner than just sucking up dead institutional ambiences & bad TV he cannot control regardless of whether there's a remote. The selection & order are somewhat focused on my brother’s known tastes & a life timeline & how I can make them trigger pleasant memories. & so there are songs I would never ever have dreamed of listening to, let alone including on one of my radio shows – a multiple immersion in past memories
