Top Three Editor's Pick - Guitar Player Magazine - Dec. 2010 WD-41+2 album.
I’m pretty much self taught. I learned Jazz and rock on the street. If you are fine with that then we can talk. I’m fine with it. I once played guitar, I still do sometimes but now focus on sax and flute. People wrote about the guitar playing. (see below) Long story. I have had the great fortune to record and perform with amazing people like Scott Amendola, Tony Levin, Pat Mastelotto, Ephraim Owens, Jerry Marotta, Mike Keneally, JA Deane, Brannen Temple, Mike Malone, Damon Smith, Jeff Platz, Matt Crane, Chris Tondre, Ronan Chris Murphy, Dave Laczko, Stu Hamm, Chris Maresh and so many others. It’s been a long strange trip and I am humbled by the continuing journey. I was co-host of the monthly series Jazz OUTside for 10 years at Kenny Dorham’s Backyard outdoor venue in Austin TX.
