Classic Detroit sounds here from Mark Flash, key member of the legendary Underground Resistance, in his set for We Out Here: Online & On Air. Prolific producer, musician and DJ, Flash has performed around the world in various UR outfits: from Timeline's 'hi-tech jazz', to Depth Charge alongside Mad Mike Banks.
This month also sees the launch of Flash's new label 'Detroit Techno Funk Association', whose first release is the first of an EP series called Hors D'oeuvres. "Not designed to feed the mind," says the label. "The goal is to feed the soul". Due November 20th - be sure to check it out!
