We were honoured to have close friend of We Out Here, Luke Una, join us again this year for a very special takeover.
Standing strong through 4 decades of music, we welcomed his É Soul Cultura takeover for a 6 hour session at The Bowl.
Co founder of the iconic UK club Electric Chair and founder of Manchester's much loved and long standing queer party, Homoelectric, alongside his label and event series E Soul Cultura, Luke has consistently remained at the forefront of a young dynamic forward thinking scene.
From the momentous legacy of Sheffield and Manchesters musical heritage through the 80s and 90s Luke reworked 4 decades of dance through a distinctive futuristic lens into an alchemy that traverses from spiritual jazz, slo mo chugging cosmic soul, Balearic Bossa to dance floor astral Jazz dance to the deepest House and Techno and bass buggin futurism, Afro and black heart deep Disco.
