"If a man does not keep pace with his companions, perhaps it is because he hears a different drummer. Let him step to the music he hears, however measured or faraway."
I believe in making music that makes people feel good; music that lifts people up. (Life is stressful enough! Why should music bring you down?) Life without music is a life not worth living, in my opinion. I love vinyl, and have a great deal of it.
About me: Classically-trained musician of 15 years (oboe), trained in theory, composition, and performance.
I spin purely for the joy of watching a crowd of people dance and have a good time. It's not about the venue, someone's ego or the $$; it's about the VIBE and the music! (Speaking of which...if I come up with a transition you think you can use or if it speaks to you, feel free to use it yourself! Sharing musical ideas is part of the craft.)
