Raymond Alston aka "Universal Knowledge" is the most unique, technical, fun to watch drum and bass DJ in Colorado. Bringing to the table a fast-paced, bass pounding, double and triple dropping, face raping sound that makes crowds hungry for more, Universal Knowledge takes listeners on a journey through his interpretation of how powerful his sound can be. Once branded, "The Double Drop King", Universal Knowledge's mixing style and never say die attitude for his passion landed him and partner Graham Wincott aka Sharpshooter in a documentary called The American Jungle. Universal Knowledge(under the moniker Smash Bros) has been a part of Colorado's #1 Drum and Bass Night Here Comes The Bass. Universal Knowledge has pumped crowds up for such acts as Goldie, AK1200, Dara, Subsonik, DJ SS, Terravita, Benny Page, Vegas of Bad Company, Infiltrata (12th Planet), DJ Flight, Mampi Swift, Ed Rush & Optical, SPL, Stunna, Stakka, Original Sin, Danny The Wildchild, HoKilla, Methodus, and DJ Fury.
