To celebrate the release of his forthcoming album ‘Loopholes’ under his Bruk Rogers alias, London-based Irish producer Cian McCann, who also makes music as Zero T and one half of Searchlight, presents this "3 Aliases” Mix, moving from neo-soul slow jams and UK hip hop through mid tempo jazz and broken beat, finishing up with some jungle/drum and bass.
‘Loopholes’, out on Friday 26th April, serves as a testament to the depth and range of Cian’s musical influences, all seamlessly integrated within the framework of Broken Beat. ‘Loopholes’ emerges as a vibrant melting pot, blending jazz, soul and funk with dub and reggae flavours, notes of bossa nova, samba, and hip hop, and a UK Bass Music touch.
