My name is Jarod Contreras, I'm seventeen years old and I live in Southern California, I am also an ultrarunner. Which means I run long distances and I run trails. I absolutely love my sport and it has changed my life. This podcast will be the accounts of my running/outdoor exploits, meditation, plant-based living, yoga, and people who are living the life they want and who are breaking paradigms. And anything and everything else to help you become the best that you can be. I hope that the crazy stories, wonderful people interviewed, and great advice will help to motivate and inspire you to be better!
