Born in Queens, NY, DJ Chino was introduced to music @ an early age by his family's involvement in the music industry. His father a Manager/Promoter & his aunt and uncle singer/song writers. He relocated with his family from NY to FL where he was raised. His uncle was the first to give him a shot believing in the talented DJ early in his career & as a gift bought him his first set of turntables, as well as giving the young DJ his old disco & latin freestyle collection. Highly influenced by the latin culture and community by family & friends private parties he would often be requested to be a part of, while his friends and crew as well as his strong ties to his NY roots kept fueling his love for hip-hop & reggae making a seamless transition to the genre of latin reggaeton & adding that as well to his repertoire... making him the versatile DJ his is today.
