Ramble Rave 9 - Curbar Gap to Wellington's Monument and the tunes of 2022

The last Ramble Rave for 2022 is the shortest walk to far. Just a couple of miles due to treacherous ice underfoot and plenty of rocks to have a nasty tumble. Starting at the wonderful Curbar Gap along to Wellington's Monument above Baslow. The walk was supposed to extend to Curbar and into Calver for breakfast but after speaking to a local it was decided that to tackle the steep descent into Curbar was silly given the sheet ice and -6 degrees temperature. Nevertheless it was a chance to pick some of the finer tunes I have come across in 2022 and revisit their glory. Onwards and upwards!
