Takin' It Out and Choppin' It Up is a weekly freeform college radio show firmly rooted in the teachings of good ol' fashioned, rabble-rousing rock and roll that explores the musical permutations and digressions of folk-rock, alternative country, lo-fi, and indie rock. Each week, Golden Bear plays a hand-picked selection of fantastic music, plus a healthy dose of the best new and upcoming releases. Takin' it Out is broadcast on WBAR Barnard College Radio. Listen live Wednesday nights 6 to 8pm ET at http://www.wbar.org/.
