DJ Joanie’s style of uplifting vocal anthems mirrors her personality: vibrant energy, soulful emotion and a technical expertise in the science of clubland. Since 1984, she has been blending the beats and moving the masses at every major venue in Central Florida. Long time residencies have included the legendary Coliseum in Daytona Beach, rated as one of the 90’s “Top 100 Nightclubs in the World”, as well as Orlando’s iconic Parliament House and Southern Nights. In 2009 she became an active weekly reporter for Billboard Magazine’s Clubplay Chart, an honor only afforded to the country’s most musically influential dance DJ’s. She has been a featured weekly mixshow artist on Sirius XM Radio and MyFlexRadio, where she also served as music director. In 2013 she was profiled on Sirius XM Radio’s “DJ Legends of Clubland” series.
