Heavy Music radio show DJ for 15 years on KQNY Quincy, CA 91.9FM broadcast Tuesdays at 8:30pm and Saturdays at 11:00pm Pacific. Streamed at http://kqny919.org. My show journeys through the sounds of heavy bands like Black Sabbath, Rammstein, Slayer, Motorhead, Saxon, Iron Maiden, Agalloch, YOB, Metallica, Type O Negative, Selpultura, Monster Magnet, Amon Amarth, Red Fang, The Faceless, Apocalyptica, Amorphis, Mastodon, SubRosa, Neurosis, Amenra, Cult of Luna, Conan, Windhand, Minsk, Pallbearer, Inter Arma, Elder and more. We take all types of metal: but lean toward heavy metal, doom, metal, and black metal. On a good year we see over 100 metal bands live.
