My love for music, words cannot describe. I was born in Kingston, Jamaica, into a household full of people who loved all kinds of music. I remember every Sunday morning; I would wake up to the sounds of jazz, streaming through the air like a cool, gentle breeze. I came to Canada in 1976 when I was 10, and jazz still filled the house every Sunday morning: Chet Baker, Lena Horne, Miles Davis, Art Pepper…. the list goes on. I went through phases of loving different styles of music. I was introduced to House music at the age of 17 and my current love is Soulful, Deep and Afro. For me, it’s the fusion of all the sounds that makes them unique. I play at venues in my beautiful city of Toronto, where you will find some of the most talented producers, DJs, song writers, bands and of course, singers. I have played at venues such as 200 Spadina, Stone Lounge, Lilly’s, 7 Temperance, Cherry Beach, Loft 404, Parlor, Andy’s Pool Hall, Bunda Lounge, Forty2 Suppeclub, The Cage, and many more!
