Slytunes aka Max Edwards is an electronic music producer, DJ and performer based in Brighton, UK.
Dj appearances feature a strong performance element, with live vintage dub FX. Shows are high-energy and often include guest instrumentalists.
Refined over decades of counter-culture experience, the musical vibe created is a ceaselessly evolving voyage through tough & acid, deep & dubby, dark & twisted, lowdown funky, hard & dirty and right through to moments of pure rave euphoria.
Sound is mastered live to professional studio standards using outboard analogue gear - no laptops or tablets are involved.
Styles brought to the party include breaks, psy, dub, funk and electro.
