If we count every episode in the series, we reach number 150. And on top of that, it comes from the very person who started all this with episode 1: Mr. Cubo, from Vitoria-Gasteiz.
After two years away from the series, his return couldn’t come at a more fitting moment. We come from Rubén’s Latin American sounds and now step into what he himself defines as Euskadi Tropical. Here, as in so many other places, temperatures are shooting up.
The mix moves forward unhurriedly and stays faithful to slowness, pauses, and those mid-tempo atmospheres. And yet, there’s a clear evolution of sounds and styles: a perfectly woven journey, guided by a master hand, as you’d expect from Iñaki.
