Follow My Movement Mission: To get the world out of their heads and into their bodies, even if only for a split second in time, totally in the music, the beats and the present moment. Please like/follow my conscious events project page above.
Music and all its variety and beauty has always been my primary passion... music is LIFE! I'm now creating expansive, conscious experiences through events, ecstatic dance, music and song, movement meditation, yoga, self development, connection, mindfulness and awareness.
