Philip Racuel is an independent broadcaster...well podcaster because there is no progressive radio here in San Diego. He is not a "walk in lock step" Democrat and considers himself as a progressive green liberal. Big on labor union and worker right, as well as civil rights and preserving what is left of American democracy Philip talks straight up and does not cheerlead like some programs do. If you like Mike Malloy you with like Philip Racuel.
