The unique style of yoga that I practise focuses on the breath and body connection, community consciousness and our personal devotional lives. We'll explore a series of yoga poses, we'll learn to breathe with intention and we'll move according to our personal abilities.
We're a social enterprise bringing individuals and communities together through yoga!
