Sport and music are my hobbies and passion, part of my everyday life and I think they are inseparable. With the right music mix I can perform much better during workouts, and for different activities I use different beats for example when I do calisthenics (bodyweight) training I choose hard rhythm, for yoga I prefer the light and clean melodies and when I run I would go with something dynamic.
The common ground in music and training is pulsing. Every movement and music has a rhythm like heartbeat, and my goal is to bring these two together on this site. For more info visit my page: www.norbeats.com
