Dancer, Teacher, Lover of Life - Open Floor & 5Rhyhtms “Music gives a soul to the Universe, wings to the mind, flight to the imagination, a charm to sadness, gaiety and life to everything. It is the essence of order, and leads to all that is good and just and beautiful.” - Plato - I am a 5Rhythms and Open Floor conscious dance & movement teacher and trained as Ecstatic DJ. In addition to my teachingwork I am also a working member within Open Floor International. As Ground Floor Lab faculty, Embodied Sexuality Lab faculty, mentor, supervisor. The playlists here on Mixcloud are created with specific intentions & themes and with particular soundscapes to support your dance journey where ever you dance, move, breath, are. https://embodieddance.nl/
