These music shows are each based on a different theme, and yes, sometimes the songs do have a tenuous link. I'll play all kinds of music: rock, pop, folk, jazz, soul, orchestral, comedy. Mostly uplifting but there will be the odd sad song too. I hope you enjoy the shows and I welcome any comments, suggestions, requests at DJmicktheknife (at) gmail.com. Thanks for dropping by.
I like listening to the radio. Always have, always will. From the BBC Light Programme via Radio Luxembourg, Capital Radio in the early days, GLR to BBC 6 Music, BBC 4 Extra, NPR and lots of odd ones via the internet. Now my own shows are on Wythenhawe FM 97.2 after fifteen months on Radio Northenden.
