Mettā bridges the gap between the physical and spiritual aspects of a being, joining body and soul in an infinitely captivating experience. Their deepest aspiration is to promote individuality and purpose through the music that they create, and further to cultivate a unified understanding in those who listen to their creative outpour. “Something that is found deep within each and everyone’s own personal journey,” is how they describe this unique understanding...
...Mettā and their creative selves, ‘NOK,’ which stands for “no one knows,” speaks directly to the pure existence within everyone. They like to call this beautiful phenomenon, “soul feed.” Like day is to night, Mettā is to NOK; the existence of one is meaningless without the other. When fully immersed in the present moment, they tap into their deeply creative selves and seem to become something beyond themselves entirely, as if they are the universal cosmic energy made manifest, creating through the hand of divinity.
