Sonic explorer, producer but mostly DJ and selector, mariglen has recently relocated to Milan from Tuscany, where he is known for his ultra-fast, spezza-collo selections. His style blends dark, uk bass-influenced sounds with emotional melodies, all carried by a neural throbbing low end. He’s part of ᴠᴀ ʙᴇɴᴇ, a group from his hometown promoting DIY music through playful events and quirky communication style, and one of the heads behind live improvisation collective Marmellata. Together, they invade private, abandoned or suspended spaces, creating unique atmospheres through interaction, embracing the beauty of mistakes.
