Lori the HiFi Princess (Lori J. Ward) is a veteran DJ, producer, and vocalist with a nearly 30-year legacy in underground electronic music. One of Canada’s earliest female DJs, Lori launched her career in 1996 and went on to release hundreds of tracks and remixes under various aliases. Her genre-blending sets span deep house, progressive, and tech — always rooted in groove, emotion, and technical mastery. She’s shared stages with icons like Satoshi Tomiie, Max Graham, Christian Smith, and more.
As the founder of Flavorite Music, Lori has spent two decades building one of the most respected independent labels in underground music. Her performances have taken her throughout Europe and North America — from sweaty clubs to sunlit festivals — and her soulful, hypnotic sound continues to connect deeply with audiences worldwide.
