Prestige Pallava Gardens, a luxury high-rise condominium project in Nemilichery, Pallavaram, close to the busy Pallavaram-Thuraipakkam Road in South Chennai, where I, Leo Lucas, am affiliated. This contemporary project, which covers 50 acres, provides a serene escape from the bustle of the city with 80% of its area allotted to open spaces. The 2800 well-designed apartments of Prestige Pallava Gardens will be spread across 21 towers, each with 19 floors as well as 6 condos per floor, and can be had in 1, 2, 3, and 4 BHK arrangements.
