Oblivion Funk Vol 19 is all vinyl set of 45's and 12"'s mixed live by Get Sum. Part of the Wax On Collective from Brisbane, Get Sum is a serious digger with an impression collection of funk jazz hip hop reggae and soul. This show will air on RapTz Radio outta Paris on Sunday 5th July 2020. Oblivion Funk is a mixtape series hosted by DJ Fib and features guest DJ mixes from well known and active DJ's and turntablists from Australia, New Zealand and around the world. The theme for these mixes is the state of the earth today, the impacts of humans on each other and the planet. Without acknowledging our problems and bad behaviours and without thinking about collective solutions to the problems, we might just not make it as a species, and worse, we might take a lot of other lifeforms down with us. The theme is explored by the DJ's digging deep into the crates to create something thought provoking and inspiring, and sure as hell funky. #OblivionFunk #RaptZ #AllVinyl
