Aussie Rock Classics Parts 5 & 6 are a selection of Aussie 45's going back to the late 60's early 70's. Part 6 in the series is a tribute to the origins of Australian blues, rock and pop mixing a selection of some of the hardest hitting rock and bluesy pop to ever come out of this country. Not surprising it covers the roots of AC/DC with the Easybeats and an early Bon Scott vocal when he was with the Valentines, 60's hits from The Masters Apprentices, Billy Thorpe, the Bee Gees and the roots of the Little River Band with The Twilights and Zoot, also early 70's iconic tracks from Madder Lake, Carson and Daddy Cool. I've added a few 45's probably not as well know but solid underground rock cuts all the same from Brisbane's Railroad Gin and Melbournes Jigsaw.
