Thomas Ytterberg, indoor cycling instructor at SATS, Stockholm, Sweden. Favors functional and easy-to-follow classes with distinct profiles. A continuous musical flow should emphasize the class profile so the participants can focus in the moment without hesitation and uncertainty about what comes next. In other words: class profiles that are time based, simple in structure and repeated! Also: should be fun! And yes: I do love mixing!
