"Just a small town girl with her whole life packed in a suitcase by her feet."
I'm one of the classiest broads you'll ever meet.
♫ Music ♫ = Life. It's in my veins, my blood, my heart, my soul. It's pretty much my reason for existing.
From 2003 to 2007, I was a college radio DJ for 91.3fm WBNY (www.wbny.org) in Buffalo, NY. In my last year and a half at WBNY, I was the station's Music Director.
Currently, I'm a freelance journalist writing about music for Buffalo Music Examiner (http://www.examiner.com/music-in-buffalo/jillian-smolinski) and television for RoadRunner / Time Warner Cable.
Here you will find a collection of content from my time at WBNY as well as band/artist interviews. Enjoy!
