Indigo Minute talks about the mechanics behind ascension, identity, and this shift in consciousness. Ascension is a process like the blooming of a flower, or the metamorphosis of a butterfly. It takes great courage to undergo the changes needed to open up into a new awareness, yet we are doing it collectively right now. Ascension does not happen on a set date, because the process itself is ascension, a rise in frequency. It's the clearing of who you are not, and the stepping into the who you are. By building your personal power field, the antenna that allows you to hold greater amounts of light, you're able to maintain a coherent stability in the 5th dimension and beyond.
Indigo Minute is also a trumpet call to participate in a world experiment of unified thought. By setting a collective intention through mass meditation it has been proven scientifically that synchronized thought creates physical changes in our world. Therefore the Indigo Minute challenge is: Everyday @ 3:33 Imagine
