20 FROM ’06 | THE HI54 YEARBOOK MIXES

THE HI54 YEARBOOK MIXES continues by going back to when I was making another attempt at joining ‘North America life' after another stint abroad. 2006. The year started w/ me living @ my brother's in Calgary, waiting for a great Dane to join, while taking a Business Admin course, which I quickly realized was something I didn't want to spend the next couple years going into debt for, so I finished the semester I paid for & we moved up to Edmonton. The first job I got was a super dodgy call centre job, where if you went 3 days without making a sale you were fired, and I made a sale on the third day twice, and then my bad luck ran out & I was fired by week 3.

Eventually, I got a less dodgy office job (Market Research) and realized computers & internet did more than emails & book flights… and now you get a mix from those times!
