19 FROM ’84 | THE HI54 YEARBOOK MIXES

The (mostly) bi-weekly series ‘THE HI54 YEARBOOK MIXES’ continues by going back to the year that’s a famous novel title that people like to reference incorrectly. 1984. It’s also the year that I was an adorable one-year old and mostly concerned with learning how to walk and talk and I don’t really have any memories from the time — there’s just photographic evidence of ‘84 being a cute year for me — but if I were to get sent back to 1984 being the age I am now (an age that literally just changed at the top of the morning), this mix would be a pretty decent sample of what my no-longer-cute old ass would be rocking in my 1984 boombox.
