19 FROM '83 | THE HI54 YEARBOOK MIXES

To kick off this new bi-weekly series ‘THE HI54 YEARBOOK MIXES’ (where I plan to make a mix for every year that I've been alive), we’re going to go all the way back to the year of my birth — 1983.
