Each week we discuss an array of topics that help men to understand their thoughts and emotions, and to recognise that being vulnerable is not a sign of weakness, but rather a sign of courage, strength and bravery.
We would appreciate any support you can give to cover running costs, such as studio membership and hire, podcast hosting, technology support and equipment.
For any questions or if you’d like to be a guest contact Bradley Spillane (0404-077-666).
